We understand the importance of your wedding day, and that all the arrangements can be pretty stressful, so why not let KARAVAN organise and manage your wedding list?

Use our Online Wedding Planner or come into the store to create the perfect list with a member of our team. Whichever way it's done, your wedding list will be available to guests online, and they'll be able to access it via a login you create.

How your wedding list works

  1. Bride and groom agree wedding list, which is emailed to you and placed on our website
  2. Bride and groom generate username and password online
  3. Bride and groom send an email to all guests, providing login details and inviting them to visit the KARAVAN website to select a wedding gift
  4. Guests select gift and pay instore or via the telephone
  5. Guests can provide a written greeting, which will be included with the wedding gift
  6. The gift is identified as ‘purchased' and an email confirmation is sent to the guest confirming their purchase, and your gift

We'll update you as to which gifts have been bought against your list – but we won't tell you whose bought what!!

Then it's simply a matter of arranging delivery – to the hotel/reception (although depends upon items on the list), or to your home ready for when you return from Honeymoon, the choice is yours.

All wedding gifts will be individually wrapped and we include any personal greetings that have been made by guests. We also provide a list of gifts by guest, along with their addresses, so you can easily prepare thank you letters.
